The MBC2406 Turnstile Gate Control Board is a high-performance, intelligent DC servo driver specifically engineered for tripod turnstile gates, speed gates, swing gates, and pedestrian access lanes. Designed to operate on a safe DC24V power supply with a rated power of 150W, this control board serves as the central processing unit for modern access control systems, managing the precise indexing and locking mechanisms required for three-arm tripod rotations. 

At the core of its intelligence lies the support for up to 6 pairs of independent sensor interfaces, enabling comprehensive monitoring of gate position, zero-point calibration, anti-pinch safety, and user passage detection. The MBC2406 utilizes advanced sinusoidal vector control (Field Oriented Control) to drive brushless servo motors, ensuring zero standby current, quiet operation, and precise torque control, eliminating vibration during the indexing of tripod arms.
